We are proud to offer the highest quality equipment available within the Greensboro rental industry. Our tables, chairs, and tents are inspected and cleaned after each rental. All china, glassware, flatware, and other food service items are sanitized, inspected, and then wrapped in plastic for your protection. Our china and glassware is professionally delivered to you in dishwasher racks which allow for easy storage, transport, and count verification. Once your event is over, we ask that you remove all excess food and drink from the equipment and return all items to their appropriate containers.

- Professional consultation – Our showroom provides a comprehensive view of our party rental equipment where clients can decide on which patterns and items to use at their next special event.
- Site visit – When events include a large tent, we will make arrangements, free of charge, to meet with you on site to help determine appropriate size and best location.
- Delivery and Pick-Up Service – Delivery and pick-up of your order is available for a reasonable charge which is determined by various factors including distance from store, size of order, physical location, and time requirements. For more detailed information, click on “Terms and Conditions”.
- Set up and tear down – Our delivery crew will be happy to set up and tear down your tables and chairs for a reasonable additional charge if arranged in advance. Set up of tents, dance floors, and staging is included in the rental fee for these items. A drawing of table and chair placement is required if no one will be on site at time of delivery.
- Coordination with other Event Providers – The nature of our business gives us a unique opportunity to work with and establish relationships with other professional event vendors whose services we will gladly help you coordinate.
- After Hours on Call – If an emergency concerning your existing rental order arises during non-business hours, someone on our staff is only a phone call away.
Before booking any rental services, we recommend you ask these very important questions!
- Am I guaranteed to get a pure inventory when I rent glassware? Having a pure inventory of glassware means that every single glass you rent is exactly the same. We will not rent to you a rack of wine glasses that has several different styles of glasses within it. What you select in our showroom or on our website is exactly what you will receive for your rental.
- How do you insure that my china, glassware, flatware, or food serving items are clean? At Partymakers we sanitize, wash, dry, and inspect all food and beverage serving items when they return from rental. We bag them in plastic so they are free from dust and bacteria. The racks that our items are stored and rented in were specifically designed to keep them from getting scratched, worn, and broken!
- Can I see where the items that I am renting are stored? We strive to keep a very clean facility and warehouse and would be happy to show you where our rental items are stored. Our dishroom is kept particularly clean, with a special flooring that repels dust and dirt.
- Can I meet some of your delivery staff? Our delivery staff is outstanding! They have a great attitude and a friendly demeanor, even when they are getting their hands dirty.
